![]() 10 Point for best answer, If you could have a classic car colletion (1900-1970's) what cars would you get? You can have as many as you want and no budget at all and every thing would be taken care of. Just make, model, and year. I'm just curious to see what others think. Mind would be: Ferrari Dino, Ford Highboy Roadster, 79 Corvette, Camaro 67, A 1952 Jaguar xk, and my favorite car that will never go out of style (AC Cobra 427) Tatra T600/Tatra Plan - 1948 or the more modern Tatra 603 of 1956. Both are so unusual looking, historic cars from a Czechoslovakian manufacturer. Theres something about them and I can never decide whether they are stunning cars or butt-ugly! Humber Scepter Mark II, 1965. My first proper boyfriend had this car, and it was a classic then (only about 8 years ago) and that was what first sparked my interest in classic cars. Triumph Spitfire, 1962 - Need I explain? IMO, these cars are so stylish (well, not the Mark IV and 1500) and although you said budget wasn't a problem these cars are still affordable and plenty of parts around! Ferrari 275 - first car with a transaxle and I do love the facts its a v12 Not especially classic but I used to have a Rover SD1, because I loved the sound the V8 made...until I realised I was only getting 15-20 Miles per gallon out of it! I agree with your choices too, there are so many cars I would love to own but the above are just a few that tug on my heartstrings Anyway nice question |
